 COLLEEN O'TOOLE, PRESIDENT
"Since 1957, the Health Council has worked hard to use its leadership qualities, established networks, individual contacts, and knowledge to seek common ground as a basis for accomplishing at times seemingly impossible health initiatives. We are proud of our many successes in inspiring and fostering community-wide health improvement."
