If you are registering for the Refresher Course, please fax a copy of your current ATLS card to 513-531-0278, attention Nakia Paris. Registrations will remain incomplete until we receive a copy of your current ATLS card.
Auditor Course Assistants - RNs, PA-Cs or EMT-Ps who audit the course and assist during testing of physician participants on the second day will be paid $50 (limited availability - first-come basis).
Note:
Packets will be mailed out 1 month prior to the course if you have paid.
If you have not paid 1 month prior to the course your packet WILL NOT be mailed out until we receive payment. No exceptions.
