Course Cost
ATLS Provider Course for Attendings - $850
ATLS Provider Course for Residents and Physician Extenders - $650
ATLS Refresher Course - $550
ATLS Provider Course for Auditors - $125
Course Time
The 2-day provider course begins at 7:00am on Thursday and Friday and will end at approximately 6:00pm on both days. Class will not let out early.
Registration Policy
Payment must be made 4 weeks prior to the course date to reserve your seat in the course. Non payment will result in registration cancellation.
Course Material
Course material will be mailed out 1 month prior to the course date if payment has been received.
Course Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you register with. This is your invoice, please do not delete. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 30 days of any course will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
No Refunds will be issued within 10 days of any course, including no-shows.
