Formerly known as “The Wage Survey”, the Annual Compensation Survey is a study of job titles at participating organizations. Data elements captured in this study include wage/salary ranges, number of employees, and average tenure for selected positions. In 2006, GCHC partnered with the Institue for Policy Research at the University of Cincinnati to transition this study to a web-based tool. Information from the study is released to participants only.

A more limited Semi-Annual Compensation Survey is also conducted for member hospitals.
