The Long-Term Care Affiliate members of the Council participate in an annual compensation survey of 22 positions. The data elements captured in this study include range minimums and maximums, hourly shift differentials, number of employees, average hourly wage and average tenure.

This survey is overseen by the Long-term Care Compensation Survey Committee.
