The Cincinnati VA is a highly affiliated medical center caring for eligible veterans. The Cincinnati VA offers a full continum of care through the six levels of care, including preventive, primary, secondary, tertiary, restorative and extended care. The Medical Center is a two-campus facility based in Cincinnati and Fort Thomas, Kentucky. The Cincinnati division is an acute care facility whose major clinical disiplines include medicine, neurology, surgery, psychiatry, ambulatory care and dentistry. The Ft. Thomas division, contains a nursing home care unit, a domiciliary for homeless veterans, a substance abuse domiciliary care program, and resdential PTSD programs for men and women Veterans with PTSD/TBI. Our Community Based Outpatient Clincs (CBOCs) offer primary care with lab services, mental health, podiatry, optometry and pharmacy services in the following communities: Bellevue, Kentucky; Florence, Kentucky; Lawrenceburg, Indiana; Hamilton, Ohio and Clermont County, Ohio, and Georgetown, Ohio.
